Sanctuary Family Centre, a purpose and value delivering organisation, provides Family Assessments, Assisted Residential Living and Community Support Services to families in Blackburn and Greater Manchester including all surrounding areas and across England and Wales.

It is through the Family Centre that we provide Parenting and Risk Assessments for parents and their children where there may be child protection concerns and henceforth an assessment would have been requested by the Courts. We are passionate and thrive on providing person centred support to the families in our care and we are dedicated in providing a safe and secure environment for up to eight families.

In addition to residential assessments, the centre, also provide pre-admission viability assessments and non-residential family assessments.

Our highly experienced and professional Social Workers provide comprehensive and holistic assessments, with strict adherence to Ofsted regulations, that are poised to meet the needs of each specific case. Our comprehensive assessments, which normally cover between 12 and 16 weeks, operate under the Residential Family Centres National Minimum Standards and Residential Family Centre Regulations 2002.
